7 Day Self Care Challenge Outside

Whether information technology's heading out for a run, playing with the kids, hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, or camping, I dear to be outdoors. I detect it rejuvenates me, grounds me, and reminds me of my place in the world. I am then very small-scale compared to a mountain, the sky, or even a tall tree. Putting myself, my life, and my problems in perspective is a comfort.
